01What makes Heptism different from a traditional digital agency?

Pick a plan, brief us on what you need, and we start the same week. One active workstream at a time on Starter, two on Growth, more on Scale. You submit a request, we deliver, you review, we refine. No scoping calls before every task. No invoices that surprise you.
03What is included in each pricing plan?
Starter ($1,999/mo) covers brand and web development, ideal for teams launching or relaunching. Growth ($3,999/mo) adds performance marketing, SEO, content and email marketing. Scale ($5,999/mo) includes everything: business consulting, AI automation, and a dedicated project manager running parallel workstreams. Enterprise is scoped to your situation.
04How quickly will I see real work delivered?
First deliverable usually lands within 3 days of starting. Design and development tasks ship in 2 to 5 business days. Paid media and SEO take 30 to 90 days to show measurable signal. Anyone who tells you different is not being honest. We demo every Friday so you always know what is happening.
05Can I actually pause or cancel at any time?
Yes. Month to month, always. No exit calls, no cancellation fee, no awkward final conversation. Pause when you are between projects and resume when the timing is right. We earn your business every single month.
06Do you work with specific industries only?
We have worked across SaaS, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, real estate, education and professional services in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the Middle East. 07What if I already have an in-house marketing or development team?
That is often the best setup. We slot in where you need extra capacity, inside your Slack, your tools and your processes. Your team keeps ownership of everything. We are there to multiply what they can do, not replace them or create a dependency.
08Is my business information kept confidential?
We sign NDAs before any real conversation starts. All accounts, code and design files live in tools you control from day one. We do not discuss client work publicly without your explicit approval. If something is sensitive, tell us and we will structure the engagement around it.
