01Do you only work with B2C/DTC, or also B2B?

Both. We've run growth for SaaS, fintech, healthcare, retail, professional services and DTC brands. The frameworks adapt — what stays constant is funnel-led thinking, weekly creative iteration, and outcome-based reporting.

02Will you manage spend or do we keep that in-house?

Either. Most clients let us run media buying inside their own ad accounts (so they own all data and pixels). Some prefer to run it themselves with us as strategy + creative partner. Both work — you decide.

03What's a realistic minimum monthly ad spend?

We start being useful around $5K/mo in paid spend, and our work compounds well past $100K/mo. Below $5K, you're better off focusing on organic and lifecycle first — we'll tell you that honestly.

04Do you produce creative, or just media buying?

We do both. Static, motion, short-form video, copy, landing pages and email design — all in-house. Creative quality is the single biggest lever in 2025 ad performance, so we treat it as a first-class workstream.

05How do you report on performance?
